Apprentice/Journeyman Electrician

Role: Electrician Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-12 hours. Overtime and shift work is required. Candidate must: • Have advanced knowledge of electrical systems • Have experience in a construction setting • Have a strong desire to learn and improve their skills • Be punctual • Have the ability to work shift work and out of town • Take frequent drug and alcohol tests for pre-access sites Job duties: • Perform electrical work on construction projects • Perform advanced install of electrical systems (bending/running conduit, pulling wire and terminating electrical systems) • Cabtire and generator connections • Use of various tools, equipment and materials • Participate in a physically demanding job (constant standing, crawling, lifting, carrying) Assets: • Fire alarm/data experience • Modular trailer electrical experience • CSTS 2020 • First Aid • Other tickets (fall protection, MEWP, H2S) Lagrange Mechanical (LMS) is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals.
