Night Shift Fitters / Welders

Job purpose To help maintain the flow of fabrication through the shop. Duties and responsibilities Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, the Fitter / Welder are responsible for: · Moving steel around the shop · Fitting / Welding of Structural Steel · General cleanup and organization of area Skills and Qualifications · Overhead Crane · First Aid (is an asset) · Physically fit and able to lift and load manually various items · Able to work well under pressure in an extremely fast paced environment · Strong multi tasker with keen attention to detail · Able to read blueprints · CWB certified Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: • Dental care • Disability insurance • Extended health care • Life insurance • On-site parking • Paid time off • RRSP match Work Location: In person
