Job Description: The HVAC technician is a position in the Facilities Management department that requires significant experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, or installation. The HVAC Technician II will preferably be actively pursuing a formal licensure or working in a formal apprenticeship. Regardless of specialty, an HVAC Technician II may be required to perform other maintenance tasks as needed, such as minor repairs or assisting with other projects.
