Tradesman Plumber or Registered plumbing Apprentice

NOW HIRING – REGISTERED APPRENTICE OR TRADESMAN PLUMBER Webster Plumbing Inc. – Marble Falls, TX Webster Plumbing Inc. is a veteran-owned and family-owned plumbing company serving Marble Falls and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated, and professional Registered Apprentice or Tradesman Plumber to join our growing team. This is primarily a residential service plumbing position involving repairs, installations, drain cleaning, sewer work, and customer service. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently operating a company vehicle and professionally representing the company while working under the supervision of our Responsible Master Plumber. Pay: $20–$25 per hour DOE (Depending on experience, registrations, skill level, and overall plumbing knowledge) Responsibilities: • Residential plumbing service and repair • Fixture installations and replacements • Drain cleaning and sewer stoppage work • Water heater installations and repairs • Sewer and water service repairs • Assisting with remodels, repipes, and larger plumbing projects • Operating and maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment • Communicating professionally with customers and team members Required Qualifications: • Current Texas Apprentice Registration or Tradesman Plumber-Limited License • REQUIRED Texas registrations/add-ons: • Drain Cleaner Registration or Drain Cleaner-Restricted Registration • Residential Utilities Installer (RUI) Registration • Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record • Must be able to legally operate a company vehicle independently • Reliable transportation to and from work • High school diploma or GED • United States citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must be able to pass a drug test • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, trenches, and outdoors • Dependable, punctual, professional, and self-motivated • Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally Required Knowledge & Skills: • Basic understanding of residential plumbing systems • Ability to diagnose common plumbing issues • Knowledge of fixture installation and replacement • Understanding of drain cleaning equipment and procedures • Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools • Familiarity with sewer and water service repairs • Basic customer service and communication skills • Ability to follow plumbing code requirements and company procedures • Ability to troubleshoot and complete jobs with minimal supervision Tools & Equipment: • Most tools and major equipment will be provided by the company • Employees may be required to provide certain basic hand tools appropriate for the trade Preferred Experience: • Residential service plumbing • Drain cleaning/cabling/jetting • Sewer repair experience • Tankless water heater experience • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills What We Offer: • Steady year-round work • Competitive hourly pay • Opportunities for advancement • Family-oriented work environment • Hands-on experience and continued growth • Work with an established local plumbing company serving the Texas Hill Country Service Areas: Marble Falls, Burnet, Horseshoe Bay, Lakeway, Spicewood, Llano, and surrounding areas.
