THE OPPORTUNITIES
Seeking Licensed Plumbers and Apprentices for the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial and industrial water, plumbing, and heating systems across the GTA. COMPENSATION & PERKS
• Journeypersons: $110,000 – $130,000
• Apprentices: $50,000 - $100,000 (dependent on apprentice year)

WHAT YOU BRING
• Licensing: Valid 306A License in good standing (journeypersons) or working towards a 306A License. (Provide full name as registered with Skilled Trades Ontario)
• Safety Certifications: Must currently hold valid Working at Heights, WHMIS, and Ministry of Labour (MOL) Worker Health and Safety Awareness certificates or obtain these prior to start date.
• Technical Skills: Expert at reading blueprints, making plumbing layout sketches, and accurately determining material quantities.
• Mindset: A sharp leader capable of planning, scheduling, and assigning activities to plumbing teams as needed.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, night shifts, and an "on-call" rotational basis for after-hours service.
• Standards: Deep commitment to meeting all standard codes and working effectively with local inspectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Service & Install: Supervise and execute the installation, repair, and maintenance of complex plumbing and heating systems.
• Leadership: Plan and assign work for plumbers, establish production standards, and assist crew with the most difficult and complex projects as needed (dependent on seniority and level).
• Operations: Order all materials necessary for completion, prepare detailed reports, and manage preventative maintenance teams.
• Collaboration: Assist skilled workers in related trades and perform related work to ensure total project success.
• Safety: Ensure all work complies with safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
THE ENVIRONMENT
• GTA-Wide: Mechanical rooms, industrial sites, and commercial facilities.
• All-Season: Ability to navigate Ontario weather and handle the physical demands of the trade in accordance with OHSA standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
