What You’ll Be Doing • Precision Handling: Loading and unloading high-volume freight using Sit-down, Stand-up Reach, or Cherry Pickers. • Inventory Mastery: Utilizing RF scanners to ensure 100% accuracy—no "lost" pallets on your watch. • Efficiency Engineering: Organizing the warehouse floor to optimize flow and staging. • Safety Leadership: Maintaining a "Zero-Incident" mindset every single minute of the shift. What You Bring to the Floor • The Experience: At least 2+ years of recent experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment. • The Skills: Proficiency in specialized attachments (clamping, side-shifting, etc.) is a major plus. • The Hustle: You thrive in the Houston heat and stay cool under pressure. • The Reliability: You’re the person the team counts on to show up and lead by example. We're interviewing this week! salary: $18 - $19 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Responsibilities: • Operate a manually controlled gasoline or electric powered Forklift to pick-up, deliver or move materials around the warehouse location • Able to operate standard lifting devices and other basic material handling equipment • Operate machinery to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials • Perform the following: loads, unloads and stacks materials onto lifting device, weighs material or products and records on production schedules. • Perform safety checks on lifts. • The ability to follow instructions, either while working independently, or as part of a team. • Comply with all company policies and legal guidelines • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
