Why join our team: • We care for our employees' well-being and structure our company so that our front-line employees are rewarded appropriately for their hard work. • Paid license renewal • Paid continuing education • Tool Bill • Uncapped Pay Potential • Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Insurance • Disability and Term Life Insurance • Matching 401(k) • On-going training & development and growth opportunities • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off (PTO) What you will do: • Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential plumbing and drain issues • Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues • Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues • Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations • Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed • Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems • Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures • Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company Who you are: • 3-5 Years Plumbing experience not limited to but preferred • Master Plumber, Tradesman or Journeyman license, or apprenticeship • Drain Sales / Service Experience Preferred • Service Sales Experience preferred • Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures • Good communication and interpersonal skills Who we are: We are a company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability.
