Our HVAC/R, and Plumbers are Alberta-certified journey people, and our apprentices are registered. All our Plumbing and HVAC/R Technicians are experts in troubleshooting, best practices, and maintenance.
Ram Mechanical Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team in Edmonton, AB. As an HVAC Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with our plumbing and mechanical teams to deliver high-standard solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems and components.
· Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
· Collaborate with plumbing and mechanical teams on integrated systems.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
· Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on job sites.
Qualifications
· Journeyman HVAC Technician certification Red Seal.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driving record.
· Strong understanding of mechanical systems including plumbing integration.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Gas ticket(s) an asset (Class A or B Gas Fitter), and any certifications that you currently possess.
