What You'll Do: • Service and maintain HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps) • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and communicate with customers • Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly • Work independently and collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service • Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule • Mentor and guide less-experienced technicians What You Bring: • 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience • Universal EPA Certification • Leadership skills and a team-first mindset Ready to make a real impact with high-profile clients?
