What We Offer • Competitive pay – Journeyperson rate starting at $43.25/hour • RRSP matching program • Comprehensive employer-paid benefits • PPE allowance • Opportunities for advancement and leadership development • Long-term, stable career growth Key ResponsibilitiesJourneyperson Electrician • Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings • Install conduits, wiring, and electrical enclosures • Set up and maintain distribution and control systems • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and data cabling • Test circuits to ensure safety and performance • Install and maintain fibre optic systems Foreman • Lead and supervise crews while upholding safety and quality standards • Coordinate schedules, materials, and daily workflow • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and project specifications Apprentice Electrician • Interpret drawings, specifications, and electrical code requirements • Assist with installation of conduit, wiring, and control systems • Perform maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades • Install data cabling and support fibre optic systems • Test circuits for safety and functionality Qualifications & Skills • Valid Journeyperson Electrician certification/license • Strong leadership and communication skills (Foreman applicants) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Professional, safety-focused attitude • Strong math, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude • High attention to detail and quality workmanship • Interest in working on diverse and technical projects Work Environment • Fast-paced, project-based work sites • Physically demanding tasks • Regular lifting and handling of materials Additional Benefits • Dental, vision, and extended health coverage • Life insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Company events and team-building activities • Vacation pay Build your future with a company that values your skills, supports your growth, and recognizes your contributions.
