Certified Plumber / Maintenance Technician

Job Summary Mi Casa Su Casa is hiring a Certified Plumber / Maintenance Technician with strong handyman skills to support the maintenance and repair of our residential facilities. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in plumbing but also capable of handling general maintenance, repairs, and light construction tasks. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who can work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Plumbing (Primary Focus) • Perform drain cleaning and clear obstructions in sewer and water lines • Install, repair, and maintain: • Sinks, toilets, showers, and valves • Water heaters and plumbing fixtures • Washers and dishwashers • Use tools such as drain snake machines, torches, and diagnostic equipment General Maintenance / Handyman Work • Drywall repair (patching, texturing, painting) • Interior and exterior painting • Basic framing and remodeling (including tub-to-shower conversions) • Window sealing and fence repairs • Appliance installation and troubleshooting • Replace air filters and assist with basic HVAC troubleshooting Carpentry • Repair and replace doors • Install cabinets and windows • Perform minor flooring work • Assemble furniture as needed Minor Electrical • Replace outlets, switches, and light fixtures • Install ceiling fans • Troubleshoot minor electrical issues Qualifications • Certified Plumber (Required) • 2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience preferred • Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and repair techniques • Basic understanding of electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Schedule • Full-time • Day shift (hours may vary based on facility needs) Pay & Benefits • Starting $25 per hour • Consistent, stable workload Work Location Phoenix, AZ (multiple residential facilities) Why Work With Us?
