Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician based in Nashville, TN. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on heating and cooling systems, conducting troubleshooting to diagnose issues, and implementing preventive maintenance for optimal system performance. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relationships will also be key components of this role. Qualifications • Ability to perform Maintenance & Repair and conduct Preventive Maintenance on HVAC systems. • Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients. • Possession of an EPA certification and adherence to industry safety standards. • Relevant HVAC certifications or technical training is preferred. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions. • Valid driver’s license
