Welder Job Duties and Requirements: • Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on steel and other metals. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job orders. • Measure, cut, and assemble metal components to specifications. • Inspect finished welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards. • Operate grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools safely. • Minimum 1 year of welding experience in an industrial or fabrication environment. • Proficient with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques. • Ability to read blueprints and follow production instructions. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are a must.
