System One is seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Electrician for large-scale construction projects. This role requires a professional capable of interpreting complex drawings to install electrical services, distribution gear/panels, intricate lighting/control systems. You'll be responsible for delivering clean, code-compliant, and highly efficient installations in a fast-paced, coordination-heavy environment.

Core Qualifications
• 4+ years' dedicated experience in large-scale commercial/institutional construction.
• Please Note: Candidates with exclusively residential experience will not be considered.
• A valid Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) is highly preferred.
• Strong foundation in Electrical Theory and a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Must possess a full set of hand tools and have reliable transportation to the job site.

Technical Skills:
• Expert ability to interpret drawings and proactively coordinate raceway routing with MEP trades to prevent field clashes and unnecessary modifications.
• Proficient in cutting and bending EMT (up to 4") using hand and mechanical benders.
• Extensive experience terminating pain terminating panels, switchboards, transformers, and disconnects, ensuring all connections meet NEC torque specifications and are fully prepared for system startup.
• Highly efficient in pulling large-gauge wire, routing MC cable cleanly in tray or above drop ceilings and installing complex fire alarm raceway systems per project specifications.
• Expertise in installing architectural lighting fixtures and complex low-voltage lighting control systems (e.g., 0-10V dimming, networked occupancy sensors, and daylight harvesting).

Adherence to site safety standards (or requirements) is 100% mandatory for site access and continued employment:
• Hart Hat: Helmet-style safety helmets with chin straps (ANSI Z89.1 Type 2, Class E).
• Glasses: ANSI-approved safety glasses.
• Work Boots: Steel-capped or composite-toe safety work boots.
• High Visibility: ANSI-compliant Hi-Vis vest or shirt.
• Gloves: Task-appropriate safety gloves at all times.

• We install modern lighting control systems (0-10V dimming, networked sensors). What experience do you have with low-voltage lighting controls, and how do you troubleshoot a system that isn't turning on or dimming correctly?
• Do you hold a valid Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) or Union Card?
• This role currently requires a 50-hour work week (5x10s). Are you fully prepared and physically capable of committing to this schedule and potentially more OT during peak times?
