HVAC service/install Technician -Minisplit tech

HVAC Mini-Split Installer Pay: $30–$34/hr (based on experience) Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) Location: Greater Phoenix Area (Primarily West Valley) Company: Desert Comfort Arizona MUST BE ABLE TO RUN MINISPLIT SERVICE CALLS WHEN NEEDED. What You'll Do • Install ductless mini-split AC systems in homes — mounting indoor and outdoor units, running linesets, pulling electrical, and commissioning the system • Diagnose and troubleshoot mini-split issues including error codes, refrigerant problems, communication faults, and airflow concerns • Perform service calls and minor repairs on existing mini-split installations • Interact directly with homeowners — explain the work, answer questions, and leave a professional impression • Lead jobs on-site with an entry-level helper • Keep job sites clean, organized, and damage-free What We're Looking For • Hands-on experience installing and servicing ductless mini-split systems (required) • Ability to read and respond to unit error codes and diagnose electrical and refrigerant issues in the field • Comfortable with basic electrical work (disconnects, whips, breakers) • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently without constant supervision • Confident leading a two-person install crew • Good communication and customer service skills • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • EPA 608 Certification (required or willing to obtain immediately) What We Provide • Tools and equipment • bi-Weekly pay • Consistent early-morning schedule — typically done by 2 PM • Supportive, fast-moving work environment with steady work year-round Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour Benefits: • Company truck • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Tools provided Ability to Commute: • Phoenix, AZ 85074 (Required) Work Location: In person
