Responsibilities
• Assist experienced HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Support the setup and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment using schematics and technical diagrams.
• Help with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and drainage connections.
• Maintain work areas by cleaning up debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed during field service operations.
• Support property maintenance tasks involving furnace's, air conditioning units, and other mechanical equipment.
Requirements
• Prior experience or training in construction or property maintenance is highly desirable.
• Service technician experience with HVAC/R systems or appliance repair is a plus.
• Basic understanding of schematics, HVAC design principles, and mechanical knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on skills in equipment repair, and general maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely in various environments.
• Strong willingness to learn new skills related to HVAC technology and field service operations.
