Minimum Qualifications: • A minimum of three years of electrical experience with a strong understanding of NEC and local codes. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Strong mechanical aptitude and decision-making ability. • Effective organization and multitasking abilities. • Independent working capability with attention to detail. • Proficient in safe use and maintenance of tools. • Basic computer literacy. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications: • Five or more years of residential service electrical experience, particularly with HVAC or water heating systems. • NC/SC Residential Electrical Contractor license. • Familiarity with Service Titan software.
