Our work spans a wide range of systems, including: Heat pumps, air handlers, and ventilation systems Gas, oil, and propane heating systems and boilers Ductless and fully ducted AC systems Rooftop units and indoor air quality solutions Custom ductwork and metal fabrication Position Overview We’re seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to handle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for residential and light commercial customers. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to maximize their earning potential. Established, family-owned company with long-term stability Strong earning potential with performance-based incentives Supportive team environment with ongoing training Opportunity to grow into leadership roles Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening 8+ years of HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across a wide range of HVAC systems Experience with: Forced air, ductless, and hydronic systems Gas, oil, and electric equipment Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams Experience presenting repair/replacement options to customers Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to work overtime when needed Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic sheet metal knowledge
