Electrician Opportunity in Elora, Ontario

Polycorp Ltd. is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Maintenance Department in Elora, Ontario. This full-time position focuses on maintaining equipment and ensuring the safety and reliability of our operations. As an Electrician, you will perform essential corrective and preventative maintenance on plant equipment. Your 442 A electrical license and five years of experience will be vital in responding to breakdowns and conducting repairs while maintaining project scopes. Work closely with engineers and contractors to facilitate continuous improvements in electrical standards. Key Responsibilities: • Address sudden machine failures promptly • Maintain and repair electrical systems and cabinets • Conduct prescribed maintenance tasks efficiently • Collaborate on electrical standards and procedures • Educate and lead the service team effectively Requirements: • Must have a 442 A electrical license • At least 5 years of relevant Electrician experience • Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems • Experience in PLC programming is advantageous • Capable of managing various projects under tight deadlines Use your electrical expertise at Polycorp to foster a culture of safety and productivity within our operations.
