Heating Air Conditioning Installation Technician

We are looking for experienced HVAC / Hydronic Installers who can take ownership of jobs, work independently with direction, and demonstrate leadership in the field. Responsibilities Install HVAC and hydronic systems including: • Furnaces, heat pumps, VRF, Ductless Split systems • Radiant heating & snow melt systems • Mechanical rooms and piping Work independently from drawings and scope Coordinate with: • Management • Site teams • Other trades Troubleshoot and solve daily site issues Maintain job progress and timelines Ensure high-quality workmanship 5–10+ years experience in HVAC and/or hydronics Strong knowledge of: • Mechanical systems • Installation best practices Ability to: • Work independently • Lead small crews when required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Problem-solving mindset Qualifications Gas license (G2/G1), Vaid Drivers License, Refrigeration Liscense an asset, ODP Compensation • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) • Benefits & Pension • Overtime opportunities • Advancement opportunities
