Commercial HVAC Technician

What We Offer Competitive pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour, based on experience & certifications Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription coverage 401(k) with 3% company match 2 weeks PTO + paid holidays Company truck, phone, uniform allowance (including work boots) Tool loan program Responsibilities Service, diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems Identify system failures and recommend repair or replacement Perform work efficiently and in compliance with industry, safety, and company standards Maintain clean and organized work areas, company vehicle, and service documentation Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members Travel as required throughout NY, CT, and MA Requirements 3+ years commercial HVAC/R experience Graduate of an accredited HVAC technical program Strong competency with: Commercial HVAC (1–50 tons) Refrigeration systems Boilers Electrical/controls EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver’s license + clean driving record Must provide own hand tools, gauges, meters Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed Ability to travel to CT, and MA Work Environment Ability to work in all weather conditions Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, crawl, lift, and stand for extended periods Fast‑paced commercial service environment with daily travel across the tri‑state region Advance Your Commercial HVAC/R Career If you're an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician who is looking for work, competitive pay, strong benefits, and the opportunity to service major commercial accounts across NY, CT and MA, Total Comfort Group wants to hear from you.
