Repair Welder / Fabricator (Shop Hand)
We’re looking for a mechanically minded repair welder who thrives on problem-solving and hands-on work. This role involves a wide variety of repair jobs including worn equipment, structural fixes, and custom fabrication.
You’ll be working on everything from general welding repairs to trailer repairs—reinforcing frames, fixing hitches, and fabricating or modifying components as needed. Every day is different, so the ability to think on your feet and figure things out is key.
What we’re looking for:
• Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving ability
• Experience with MIG and/or stick welding
• Able to read a tape measure and follow instructions
• Comfortable working on trailers and equipment repairs
• Willing to paint, prep, and assist with various shop tasks
• Able to run basic shop machinery
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Shows up ready to work and take pride in what they do

Pay: $20.24-$39.23 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
