Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various commercial and residential properties. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates with experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, appliance repair, or construction are highly encouraged to apply. The HVAC Technician will ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely, providing excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues • Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend system lifespan • Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems as needed • Utilize welding skills for repairs or modifications of metal components within HVAC units • Service boiler systems and other mechanical equipment associated with climate control systems • Repair appliances related to HVAC operations and ensure proper functioning • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all work sites are clean and organized Qualifications • Proven experience in HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance • Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair • Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively • Experience working in construction or mechanical environments is preferred • Mechanic experience or background in maintenance roles is advantageous • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred • Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or related fields are highly desirable This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technical expertise is valued.
