Job DescriptionJob Description Journeyman Electrician – $28–$40/hr + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus! Work spreads across multiple cities in Middle TN (Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Dickson, Lebanon, Portland, and more). Looking for experienced electricians ready to grow their careers! What We Offer: • Pay: $27–$40/hr based on experience • Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (paid over 12 weeks) • Benefits: 100% paid medical, dental, vision & life insurance for employees • 401k: Up to 5% company match • Time Off: Paid vacation and holidays • Incentives & Recognition: Tool programs, bonus opportunities, and more • Career Growth: DOL-registered in-house apprenticeship & advancement paths • Strong Safety Culture: We put safety first, always What You'll Do: • Industrial and Heavy Commercial Electrical Work • Install electrical panelboards, switchgear, lighting, disconnects etc. • Install and terminate electrical conductors for power and controls ranging from 20awg to 750kcmil • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including feeders and branch circuits. • Install conduit for the ground, ladders, and or Mobile Elevated work platforms. (Conduit types include Galvanized Rigid Conduit, Aluminum Rigid Conduit, Intermediate Metal Conduit, Electrical Metallic Tubing, and Polyvinyl Chloride Conduit) • Install all work in a manner that emphasizes safety first, and quality second, while maintaining productivity standards • Install all electrical materials in a manner that minimizes waste • Participate in daily safe work plans and weekly safety meetings What You Need: • 10,000+ hours of commercial/industrial experience OR completion of a certified apprenticeship • Own hand tools and reliable transportation • Journeyman/Master license is a plus, not required If you're the best, come work for the best.
