Clamp Forklift Operator – Second Shift (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Lancaster, TX Pay: $19.75/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Overtime: Overtime as needed with occasional Saturdays Our client in Lancaster, TX is hiring a skilled and dependable Clamp Forklift Operator for second shift. You will operate a clamp forklift to move, load, and store large, heavy items such as pallets, appliances, and paper rolls while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with steady hours and long-term potential. What you’ll be doing -Operate a clamp forklift to load, unload, move, and stage bulky materials safely -Load and unload trailers, securing product to prevent damage -Handle and transport large items such as pallets, furniture, appliances, and paper rolls -Organize product in designated warehouse locations to support efficient space utilization -Track inventory movements and help maintain accurate stock organization -Complete daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues or damage -Follow all safety policies and proper handling and storage practices -Assist with general warehouse duties such as inventory counts, order picking, and housekeeping as needed Why you’d be a good fit -You have prior forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment -You are safety-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented -You can stay productive in a fast-paced warehouse setting -You are a team player who can also work independently -You are available for overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays Requirements -Previous experience operating a clamp forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred -Ability to safely handle heavy or bulky materials in a warehouse setting -Comfort working on your feet and performing physical tasks throughout the shift -Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area 10181444
