Role Description This full-time, on-site Railcar Repair Technician/Welder position is based in Moose Jaw, SK. The individual in this role will repair railcar issues, and ensure equipment is maintained to meet safety and performance standards. Specific tasks include troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues, performing welding and repair work, maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication, and collaborating with the team to maintain an efficient operation. Qualifications • Proficiency in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and liaise with customers • Commitment to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction • Experience with welding and familiarity with railcar components is preferred • Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations • Previous experience in railcar repair or similar mechanical work is an asset • Valid certifications related to welding and equipment operation are a plus
