Assistant Electrician

Job Description We are a well-established electrical contractor with over 30 years in business, and we’re looking to add a dependable, motivated electrician to our team for a long-term position. Our work is primarily focused on residential remodels and small commercial tenant improvement projects, so we need someone who is comfortable working in occupied homes and active job sites, and who takes pride in clean, quality workmanship. Our ideal candidate is responsible and focused with the ability to work independently, problem-solve, and be a great teammate. Employee is responsible for providing their individual hand tools. Responsibilities Include • Installing recessed can lighting, switches, outlets, and fixtures • Running circuits and wiring for remodel and tenant improvement projects • Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues • Repairing and replacing damaged or outdated electrical components • Maintaining job site cleanliness and professionalism while working in customer homes • Communicating clearly with the team and staying on schedule Requirements • Strong electrical experience (remodel experience preferred) • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of electrical issues • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently • Valid Arizona driver’s license • Must pass drug testing and a full background check What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • Steady, full-time work • A long-term opportunity with a stable company • Training and growth opportunities for the right person • A team environment where hard work and reliability are valued • Healthcare Allowance • 401k If you’re looking for a company where you can build a career, not just a job, we’d love to hear from you.
