Infinite Electrical Solutions based in North Raleigh is hiring 1-2 electrical journeymen.
I am in no rush. I want to find the right fit; I am not looking for bodies, I am looking for skilled electricians.
I offer above average pay, PTO, holidays paid and bonuses given. Plus a van to take home after a period.
Primary work includes residential, commercial, service/troubleshooting, remodels, rewires, sauna/hot tubs.

Must have basic tools (hand tools, drills, multi-tool, sawsall)
Must have a valid NC drivers license
Must be local to Raleigh
Must have at least 7 years experience in residential AND commercial (including bending EMT)
Must get along well with others
Must understand the NC NEC code
Must be able to do service calls efficiently, be able to troubleshoot, be respectful to customers
Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics (i.e. drill up from underneath without damaging the interior)
Must be able to start within 1 week of accepting the job and agreeing to terms

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Journeyman Electrician with over 7 years of hands-on electrical expertise to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced construction and renovation environments, demonstrating leadership and technical mastery. As the Lead Electrician, you will oversee complex electrical installations, troubleshoot high and low voltage systems, and ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Your expertise will drive successful project completion while mentoring junior electricians and maintaining safety standards across diverse sites.
Duties
• Lead and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects on commercial, industrial, and renovation sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to execute precise electrical work.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial control systems, and low voltage wiring.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to diagnose issues accurately.
• Ensure all work adheres to NEC regulations, safety protocols, and local building codes while managing high voltage (HV) and low voltage systems.
• Supervise construction site activities including framing carpentry, schematic reading, and general handyman tasks as needed.
• Mentor apprentice electricians and junior team members to foster skill development and promote a safety-first culture.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Extensive knowledge of NEC standards, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and construction site procedures.
• Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial control wiring, high voltage (HV), and low voltage systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other electrical testing devices.
• Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and control diagrams accurately.
• Experience working on renovation projects within commercial or industrial environments; familiarity with construction framing carpentry is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining safety standards.
• Valid electrician license or certification as required by local jurisdiction; comprehensive understanding of NEC regulations.
