Mechanical/HVAC Foremans, Installers, & Technicians

Overview We are seeking HVAC foreman's, Installers, & Technicians Foreman Duties • Lead & manage projects • Run a crew for 4 to 6 guys • Attend project meetings • Coordinate with other trades, & field superintendent • Maintaining quality control • Read & Interpret blueprints • Be onsite 30 min before crew members • Create material list and submit to supervisor in a timely manner • Perform take offs & Layouts • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide on-site activities • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, enforce OSHA safety standards, and ensure quality control • Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other tools for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration • Supervise construction site activities, including managing labor force and resolving on-site issues • Coordinate with project managers, superintendent, & other trades • Set Mechanical Equipment (Crane Sets) • Know how to communicate • Adhere to project authority • Be a team player Foreman Qualifications • Must have at least 7 to 10 years experience as a foreman • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, and safety protocols • Proven experience in construction management with a strong track record of running large-scale projects • Proficiency in ProCore, Bluebeam Revu, and other construction management software • Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately • Hands-on experience with construction site operations including use of tools such as drills, saws, snips, level, lasers, etc. • Strong project scheduling skills combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and managing multiple guys • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders across all project phases Installer Duties & Qualification • Must have at least 2-5 years experience in commercial • Be onsite 15 mins early • Have all sheet metal tools necessary to complete the task at hand • Adhere to project authority • Bang duct together • hang duct strap • Run and connect flex duct • Seal ducts • run refrigerant line sets • run condensate drain • Braze & Solder • Crane Sets • Trim • know how to communicate • Be a team player Technician Duties & Qualification • Must have at least 2-5 years as a commercial technician • Must have all Hand Tools • Trouble shoot & Repair • Help out on rough in (Line sets, low voltage wiring, duct detectors, condensate drain lines) • Complete start up sheets & service sheets (Turn in to supervisor) • Communicate all issues • Be a Team player At Kings, we are looking for dedicated team players who prioritize solutions over excuses.
