HVAC Technician - Light Commercial/Residential

Looking for HVAC Technicians - Light Commercial/Residential - 20 tons and under • Employment Type: Full-Time • Benefits Offered: Paid Time Off, 401k • Compensation $34 to $46 per hour DOE Sorensen Heating and Cooling is a trusted name in Arizona since 2007. Position: HVAC Technician Light Commercial/Residential Currently 70-80% - light commercial ( up to 20 tons ) 20-30% - residential Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high quality HVAC services for commercial and residential customers. • Always maintain company and personal integrity by delivering professional, honest and clear communications with customers and other team members. • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components with exceptional customer service and prompt issue resolution. • Assist with commercial and residential work as needed. • Assist with system replacements as needed. Qualifications: • Must live in or relocate to Phoenix or surrounding cities in the valley. • Ability to take emergency on call rotation. • A minimum of 4 years of verified HVAC experience performing installation, service, and repair. • Preferred - Experience working on Trane Commercial systems, Symbio controls, Lennox Commercial systems, Captive Aire exhaust systems and Conditioned Make Up Air equipment. • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks efficiently while upholding high standards of honesty and quality. • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past 39 months (exceptions considered). • Successful completion of a drug test, background check and a Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card check to access restricted commercial buildings. • Must posses exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. • Ownership of standard HVAC hand tools necessary for repairs and service.
