About Us
Bonck America’s Construction Division is scheduled to launch in July and will focus on residential remodeling work in the North Carolina Triangle area. Our division is led by an experienced management team, including a retired technical manager from a highly respected plumbing company and a general manager who holds dual licenses in HVAC and electrical work.
We are now hiring three Apprentice Helpers to join our startup team. These are entry-level positions for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the skilled trades. Openings are available in Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC.
Position Summary
This role starts with general support work and hands-on field assistance. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learn daily jobsite operations, and gradually develop practical trade skills through real residential remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
• Assist licensed and experienced team members on residential remodeling jobs
• Perform general helper duties, including loading and unloading materials, moving tools and supplies, jobsite cleanup, and basic support tasks
• Help with installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance work under supervision
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and jobsite instructions
• Report to the designated daily work location on time and maintain reliable attendance
• Learn trade basics and grow into a more skilled role over time
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physically able to perform hands-on work, lift materials, work on active jobsites, and handle entry-level construction tasks
• Willing to start from basic helper work and learn step by step
• Strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation to the daily reporting location
• Interest in learning Plumbing, Electrical, or HVAC work
• Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
• Any prior experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, mechanical work, warehouse work, or tool handling is a plus
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools is helpful, but not required
• Interest in long-term growth in the skilled trades
