Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Estevan, SK, for a Journeyman Welder. The Journeyman Welder will be responsible for performing welding tasks using various techniques, including arc, TIG, and MIG welding. This includes analyzing blueprints, working with different materials, inspecting welds for quality, and maintaining welding tools and equipment. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure safety standards are met while contributing to high-quality fabrication and repair of industrial equipment. Qualifications • Proficiency in Arc Welding and general Welding techniques • Experience in TIG and MIG Welding • Knowledge of materials used in welding processes • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Previous experience in an industrial or fabrication environment is an asset • Completed Journeyman Welder certification (or equivalent) • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
