What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and service work to company standards
• Make confident repair vs. replace recommendations
• Communicate clearly with customers and deliver a high-quality experience
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly the first time

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams
• Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
• Solid understanding of airflow, air balancing, and basic sheet metal
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with clean, insurable record
Willingness to take ownership and step into leadership when needed
