Just honest work, fair pricing, and a reputation we protect What You'll Do • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residentiallight commercial systems • Perform maintenance and service with attention to detail • Make confident repair vs. replace recommendations (no pressure selling) • Communicate clearly with customers-no scripts, just professionalism • Get it done right the first time What We're Looking For • 5+ years of HVAC service experience • EPA Certification • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability • Comfortable reading wiring diagrams • Solid understanding of airflow, balancing, and system performance • Ability to make sound repair vs. replace decisions • Professional, customer-focused mindset • Valid driver's license with clean record
