Main Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks as required.
• Operate and maintain essential systems including electrical, refrigeration, steam boilers, and air conditioning units.
• Collaborate with outside vendors for various maintenance needs.
• Participate in required training sessions to enhance your skills.
• Execute tasks as directed by management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Work in various environments, potentially including wet, cold, or fluctuating temperatures.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:
• A valid Journeyman electrical license.
• A minimum of five years of hands-on electrical experience.
• Thorough understanding of electrical codes and regulations.
• Experience with installations, service, switchgear, and transformers.
• The capability to work on equipment ranging from 24V to 600V.
• Expertise in repairing electrical controls for HVAC units and boilers.
• Knowledge in servicing pumps and motors.
• Familiarity with life safety system requirements for industrial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and single-line drawings.
• Competence with computerized maintenance management systems.
• A thorough understanding of HVAC systems and a current CFC license.
• Knowledge of DDC, EPA, and OSHA standards.
• An understanding of fire systems, control valves, piping controls, and VFDs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
• The physical capability to lift over 50 pounds and manage various physical tasks throughout your shift.
• Your own set of tools and knowledge of power tools.
The hourly rate for this position is between $39.38 - $40.88, depending on factors such as experience and qualifications. Exceptional candidates may be considered for higher rates. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, among others.
