Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer Technician

Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, skilled HVAC technician who is comfortable handling both system installs and service calls. This is a hybrid role—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow with a company long-term. Responsibilities • Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, mini-splits) • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems • Perform maintenance and tune-ups • Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and options • Maintain clean and organized job sites • Properly complete job notes and paperwork • Maintain Clean Driving Record • Work well with a small team Requirements • 1-3 years of HVAC experience (install + service preferred) • EPA Certification • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Ability to work in Arizona heat and lift 50+ lbs • Strong troubleshooting skills • Good attitude and reliability are a must • ***Honesty and work ethic are top priority*** What We Offer • Take-home company vehicle (after probation period and proven ability to take care of vehicles) • Performance-based bonuses • Small team environment—no micromanaging • Opportunity to grow with the company Schedule • Monday–Friday • Occasional on-call rotation (rotated fairly among team) Why Work With Us We’re not a big corporate shop.
