HVAC Refrigeration Foreman

HVAC Refrigeration Foreman Location: Edmonton, AB (field-based role servicing residential and commercial clients) Bring Your Experience to a Team That Values It Rahall Mechanical Inc. is hiring an HVAC Refrigeration Foreman to support service and project work across the Edmonton area. We are looking for a skilled, experienced trades professional who can lead by example, work confidently in the field, and help deliver quality results across HVAC and light refrigeration systems. This is a full-time foreman role for someone with strong HVAC and light refrigeration experience in service and field operations. You will help lead work in the field, support crews, solve problems on site, and make sure work is completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is technically strong, dependable, able to work well with others, and ready to take ownership of results in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead HVAC and refrigeration work across service and project environments • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain systems • Coordinate daily job site activities and maintain workflow efficiency • Ensure work meets applicable codes and company quality standards • Support planning and resolve technical issues in the field • Mentor team members and support field performance • Communicate with managers, clients, and technicians • Maintain a safe and organized job site • Complete required documentation and reporting • Work overtime as needed based on service demands Qualifications • Minimum 8 years of HVAC field experience • Experience with HVAC and light refrigeration systems • Relevant trade certification required • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to pass a background check if required • Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Must be able to travel to job sites across the Edmonton area • Willingness to work overtime as required Pay and Benefits • Pay: $55.00-$62.00 per hour • Full-time, permanent employment • Overtime opportunities (paid in accordance with applicable laws) • Extended health and dental benefits • Paid training • Vacation pay paid out on each cheque Why Join Rahall HVAC Rahall Mechanical Inc. offers steady work, a supportive team environment, and the chance to work on a wide variety of HVAC and refrigeration projects.
