About Us: Ultimate Tradesmen is a leading labour partnership company in Western Canada, connecting skilled trades professionals with long-term, impactful projects. We’re currently hiring experienced Structural Welders for an ongoing industrial/commercial project in NW Edmonton. Job Description: We are seeking certified Structural Welders / Journeyman Welders with current CWB certification to join our team on a long-term project in Northwest Edmonton. The role focuses on structural steel welding, fabrication, and installation in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities: • Weld and fabricate structural steel components (columns, beams, bracing, girts, etc.) • Perform structural welding using FCAW and other processes • Work with steel erection and miscellaneous steel installation • Maintain high-quality welds and adhere to project specifications • Follow all site safety protocols and procedures Requirements: • Valid Journeyman Welder or Structural Welder certification • Current CWB certification (mandatory) • Valid FallPro certification (mandatory) • Valid Lift / MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) ticket (mandatory) • Minimum 3+ years of structural welding experience in industrial or commercial settings • Own basic welding tools and reliable transportation • Strong safety focus and ability to work at heights What We Offer: • Competitive Journeyman rate of $47.13/hour including vacation pay • Overtime pay after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week • Full benefits package and RRSP matching • Long-term, stable work on an ongoing project • Supportive team environment with growth opportunities How to Apply: Interested candidates should apply directly through this posting with their resume and current ticket information.
