Journeyman Service Plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Duties • Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment in accordance with blueprints and schematics • Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and repairs • Perform welding and mechanical tasks related to plumbing systems, including pipe fitting and assembly • Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures, HVAC components, and related mechanical systems • Lead construction plumbing activities on-site, including heavy lifting, carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations, and remodeling projects • Use basic math skills to measure materials accurately and calculate pipe lengths or flow rates as needed • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Skills • Proven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and standards • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately • Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and general building maintenance practices • Strong field service skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently on-site • Experience with construction site operations including remodeling, assembly, and handyman tasks • Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and safety protocols for construction environments • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for site access or material transport purposes • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with basic math proficiency for precise measurements • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced construction or maintenance settings Join us as a Journeyman Service Plumber to bring your expertise into impactful projects that keep buildings running smoothly.
