Journeyman Electrician / Lead Foreman (Commercial)

MV Power Solutions is seeking experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians and Lead Foremen with strong commercial backgrounds to join our growing team. What are your responsibilities? • Install electrical systems accurately and efficiently per code and specifications • Read and interpret blueprints and project plans • Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to ensure project success • Develop material lists and manage material orders for timely installation • Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines • Assist with RFIs and change order scopes • Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and wiring systems • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems • Install underground conduit and supports as needed • Pull, terminate, and test wiring systems • Lead Foreman: Supervise crews, mentor apprentices, and oversee project execution What we offer: • 50% employer-paid health insurance (employee) • Dental and vision plan options • 401(k) with company match up to 3.5% • 80 hours PTO accrued starting at hire • Paid major holidays (no waiting period) • Employee referral program • Opportunities for advancement and leadership development • Lead Foreman: company vehicle, gas card, laptop, and cell phone Work Environment • Standard 40-hour workweeks with overtime/weekends as needed • Willingness to work on mountain projects Monday–Friday • Preference given to candidates open to working in mountain locations as project needs require Job Requirements • Active Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician License • Valid driver’s license • Minimum 4+ years of electrical experience • Commercial electrical experience required • Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Lead Foreman: Proven ability to lead crews and develop apprentices Pay • Journeyman Electrician (Non-Lead): $36.00 – $38.00/hour • Lead Foreman: $38.00 – $45.00/hour • (Pay based on experience and leadership level) MV Power Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
