Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced red seal technician and have an opportunity for a skilled 3 rd or 4 th year HVAC Apprentice to join our dynamic team. As an HVAC Technician on our team, you will be responsible for installing in a team environment HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will also share in training and learning hands on new hvac skills working with a team of skilled technicians under the leadership of a journeyman technician. This is a full-time position that offers competitive union based pay and benefits. Responsibilities:  Install, diagnose, repair, and service commercial and residential HVAC systems  Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions, provide project management leadership and project direction  Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry standards  Complete service details through dispatching software for invoicing and future job needs, document repairs and provide coordination with office staff  Ensure customer satisfaction upon completion of work and provide system education  Work independently as well as in a team environment  Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure safe work practices Qualifications:  Red Seal Technician or 3 rd or 4 th year Registered Apprenticeship Program  Minimum 2 years of direct residential HVAC installation  Valid driver's license and clean driving record  Able to learn new technology and software  Great communication and customer service skills  Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills  Must comply with all safety standards and processes  Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
