What You'll Do: • Assist with solar panel installations on residential, commercial, and ground-mount sites • Work under the guidance of journeypersons to complete tasks safely and efficiently • Learn to install systems based on Nuvo’s internal electrical and layout designs • Use hand and power tools to support racking and panel installation • Follow safety procedures, including PPE and fall protection • Help maintain clean, organized job sites • Show up with a positive attitude and willingness to learn What We’re Looking For: • Enrolled in or willing to start an apprenticeship program • Reliable transportation • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders • Valid Class 5 driver’s license Bonus Skills (Great to Have, But Not Required): • Solar installation experience or certifications (SAIT, NAIT, NABCEP, SEI, etc.) • Roofing experience (residential or commercial) • Valid Fall Protection certification (we’ll provide training if needed) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.10-$35.70 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week Benefits • Company events • Dental care • Extended health care • On-site parking • Vision care Application question(s): • Must be able to successfully complete a background check? • Are you legally eligible to work in Canada?
