Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for TIG and Fluxcore Welders, as well as Pipe and Structural Fitters, located in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include welding and fitting pipe and structural components, reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings, preparing and aligning equipment for welding operations, and adhering to safety protocols and company standards throughout all tasks. Team collaboration and commitment to maintaining quality are essential to this role. Qualifications • Strong skills in TIG welding, Fluxcore welding, and pipe fitting • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings • Expertise in preparing and aligning structural and piping components for welding and assembly • Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols for welding and industrial operations • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on quality control • Experience with industrial or offshore projects is a plus • Physical ability to handle heavy equipment and perform tasks in various conditions • High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications or technical training is preferred
