Job Summary:
As a Service Plumber, you will perform residential plumbing services, including work on drains, water heaters, slab leaks, line locates, and plumbing fixtures in restrooms and kitchens. Candidates must hold a valid Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License (or be willing to obtain one) and have a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing services, including but not limited to water heater replacement/repair, fixture replacement, sewer, gas, and water service replacement.
• Diagnose and repair slab leaks, locate lines, and address drainage issues.
• Relight homeowner appliances once gas service is restored.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and excellent customer service.
• Maintain and operate a company-provided service truck, ensuring proper tools and equipment are on hand for jobs.
• Ensure all work complies with state and local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Carries out additional responsibilities directed by leadership as needed.

Qualifications:
• License/Certification:
• Current Texas Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License (Required).
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
• Experience & Skills:
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and sewer/gas lines.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and deliver quality workmanship.
• Requirements:
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
