Job Title: MillwrightJob DescriptionThe Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and hydraulic equipment to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of the Harrow, Ontario plant. This role involves troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, fabricating parts, documenting work, and contributing to safety and continuous improvement efforts. The position requires availability for rotating shifts and a strong hands-on mechanical competency.
Responsibilities• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic equipment breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Fabricate and install parts as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs.
• Contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills• 433A certification.
• 3+ years' experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting production equipment, mechanical drives, gearboxes, conveyors, machining, tool, and mold.
• Fabrication and welding skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications• Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Technical or trade school diploma in welding, hydraulics, blueprint reading or similar.
• Certified welder is a strong asset.
• Computer literacy for maintenance reporting.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple maintenance priorities.

Work EnvironmentThis is a heavy industrial/manufacturing plant environment with rotating continental shifts, including weekends. You will be exposed to noise, heat, moving machinery, and elevated working areas. The setting is hands-on and fast-paced, with a strong teamwork culture emphasizing maintenance and production collaboration.
