Lead Electrician/Foreman

SEAC of the Carolinas is looking for a Lead Electrician with a passion for safety and a dedication to the electrical industry. The ideal candidate will show an aptitude for work both individually and in a team environment and will possess five or more years’ experience installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and industrial electrical systems. Must be knowledgeable of the national and local electrical codes, as well as the composition, operation, and installation of a variety of electrical systems, circuits, equipment, and controls. Electrical foremen are responsible for overseeing the work of their team. They ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget, while also making sure that quality standards are met. As a result, electrical foremen must be able to effectively manage people as well as projects. They need to be able to communicate clearly and inspire confidence in their team members so that they can get the best out of them.
