Key Responsibilities • Installation & Maintenance: Perform high-quality installations of HVAC systems, with a specific focus on Heat Pumps, furnaces, and AC units. • Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial systems. • Customer Excellence: Provide professional advice to homeowners regarding system operation and energy efficiency. • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and provincial regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What You Bring to the Team The following qualifications are required: • Gas Fitter 2 (G2) License: Valid and in good standing. • 313D License: Residential Air-Conditioning Systems Mechanic • Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) • Proven experience with Heat Pump installations and general home HVAC services. • Valid "G" Driver’s License with a clean abstract (you'll be behind the wheel of a company vehicle). • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications. Work Schedule & Availability • Must be willing to work overtime during peak seasons. • Weekend availability is required as needed for emergency calls or scheduled installations.
