HVAC Foremen

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Foreman to lead and supervise HVAC installation and maintenance projects on construction sites. As a key leader in our team, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate with project managers, and ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and technical skills will drive project success from start to finish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse teams and complex projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. Duties • Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications • Coordinate daily activities on construction sites, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements • Manage project documentation using construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar tools • Collaborate with project managers on project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management to meet deadlines and financial targets • Oversee safety protocols by enforcing OSHA standards and conducting regular safety meetings and site audits • Utilize technical tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical systems and ensure proper system functioning Qualifications • Proven experience supervising HVAC installation or maintenance projects within a construction environment • Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or equivalent • Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters • Familiarity with construction site safety regulations such as OSHA standards • Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, contracts management, and construction estimating • Hands-on experience with construction site activities including pipefitting, ductwork installation, electrical systems testing, and quality control measures • Ability to read technical schematics and use measurement tools accurately for precise installations Join us as an HVAC Foreman where your leadership will shape successful projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
