Welder

Overview Baumann Enterprises is looking for a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team in Garfield Heights, Ohio. In this role, you will work directly with our mechanic to repair and maintain trucks, trailers, equipment, and other metal components used in daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing the job right. Responsibilities • Perform different types of welding to repair and join metal parts • Repair and fabricate parts for trucks, trailers, equipment, attachments, and boxes • Read and understand blueprints or drawings when needed • Cut, grind, and prepare materials using hand tools and power tools • Assist the mechanic with equipment and vehicle repairs • Inspect finished work to make sure it is strong, safe, and done correctly • Keep the work area clean and follow all safety guidelines Qualifications • Previous welding experience required • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail • Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools • Ability to work independently and with a team • Dependable and willing to take initiative What You’ll Work On • Trucks and heavy equipment • Trailers and containers • Machinery and attachments • General metal repair and fabrication Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits • Health insurance Work Location: In person
