Structural Welder Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 BOE Location: Owasso, OK Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday – Friday Job Type: Welding Job Order #: 124090 • Position Overview The Structural Welder is responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures using MIG and Flux Core welding processes. This Structural Welder role involves interpreting specifications, performing quality welds, and ensuring all work meets production and safety standards. The ideal Structural Welder will have experience in a weld shop environment and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. • Required Experience & Skills • Minimum 1+ years of welding experience in a shop or fabrication environment • Experience with MIG and Flux Core welding processes • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and welding specifications • Understanding of weld quality, penetration, and structural standards • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent weld quality • Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural components • Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications • Maintain proper weld penetration, alignment, and overall appearance • Read and interpret drawings to determine welding requirements • Ensure all work meets quality and production standards • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures • Weld Test • 3G MIG / Flux Core Job Order # 124090 Stand-By Personnel | Welding Division
